How to find deals on Liftopia
If you are looking for deals and are relatively flexible in terms of the mountain that you want to visit you can search by region (Colorado, Northern California, etc.) and get a listing of all of the deals within that larger area. You can then filter those results based on when you want to go and how many days you want a lift ticket for. This quick and simple search engine lets you very easily browse through all of the deals.
How Liftopia gets good deals
The age-old question — can’t I just get a better deal by going directly to the ski resort in person or their website? Because many of the deals that Liftopia provides are online, date-specific products that are purchased in advance, resorts can safely lock in business without hurting on-mountain sales. According to Liftopia, this means that if you’re willing to jump through some hoops and purchase a non-refundable, date-specific ticket, you can purchase lift tickets that are as much as 90% off on-mountain rates.
