MGM Grand hotel – Las Vegas

Location

Located on the southern portion of the strip, the MGM Grand is a massive hotel that can be a bit overwhelming, but in a good way. Although this hotel is not located mid-strip it is joined with a bridge over to New York-New York and has plenty both within and around it to keep anyone busy for days.

The MGM Grand houses some of strip’s most famed restaurants including a couple that were created by huge names in the culinary world, including Emril’s and Wolfgang Puck. If you want something special get a reservation for the Zagat Survey’s best rated Las Vegas Restaurant, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, a One-star Michelin restaurant that is the creation of France’s Chef of the Century.

Pool area

The MGM Grand pool area is open from 8am to 7pm daily with a lazy river being operated from 10am to 6pm for those ready to really relax in the desert oasis. You can also reserve and rent private cabanas for the day that come equipped with private patios, televisions, a safe, refrigerator snacks and free non-alcoholic beverages.
